App Pier, Keyboard-Centric Fast App Launcher & Switcher, can denote if an app is running natively on Apple Silicon Devices or using Rosetta 2. I also added ability to launch apps using Cmd+1 to 9 for devices for easy access from keyboards without Touch Bar.
